30 Minute Phone Screening
Clinician and caregiver will discuss what services family is looking for and exchange initial information.
Verification of Insurance Benefits
Clinician will gather important documentation and information and check insurance benefits.
Parent/Caregiver Interview (2 Hours)
Clinician will interview caregiver via online video call and ask in depth questions about the child’s level of functioning related to daily living skills and behaviors and any other challenges the family might be having.
In-Home Direct Observation (2 Hours)
Based on the interview, clinician will gather necessary materials and assessments tools and directly observe child in the family’s natural environment at home.
Insurance Authorization for Treatment
Clinician will create a treatment plan and submit to insurance. Once the plan is authorized, services can begin. This might take up to 6 weeks.
